Refund policy

At National Jewellers, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@nationaljewellers.pk.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, water exposure, chemicals, perfumes, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your request.

If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
